Mira Return Policy
At Mira, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your order isn’t right for you, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned with all original packaging and tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, certain intimate/wearable products may only be eligible for return if they are unworn and unopened.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll work to make it right.
Exchanges
We currently recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired size or product.
